We are a small online womenswear label. If you have a question about your order, our sizing, a return or anything else, we would genuinely like to hear from you. There is a person at the other end of that email address.

We answer every email within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Where we are

Frankie & Belle is based in Europe, and your order ships to you from our supplier's warehouse. We price and sell in Australian dollars, and anything to do with a return is handled by us directly rather than by a depot.

Please write to us before you post anything back. In almost every case there is nothing to send back at all, and where a return does make sense we have to ask our supplier to release an address for it first. We will tell you honestly whether they will.
