Your order is dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Order over a weekend or a public holiday and it goes out on the next business day. Shipping is free across Australia.

We do not put a fixed delivery date on your order, because that part is with the carrier and not with us. You get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way, and it can take a day or two after that before the link shows any movement, which is normal rather than a bad sign.

If anything arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, you get every cent back and you keep the piece. Nothing to post.
